Our Staff

We provide personal care for older people on a long term, respite or short stay basis. Twenty-four hour cover is provided by a qualified, experienced and committed care team specifically recruited for their sensitivity, dedication and professional expertise in this area of care. All specialist equipment is available.

Our experienced teams are focused on providing compassionate, person-centred care to the highest standards for the benefit of residents, their families and loved ones.

We invest heavily in on-going training for our staff to ensure that we remain up-to-date with all industry leading procedures and processes and many care providers trained to NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.

Care home assistants perform a range of duties from helping residents with personal hygiene to moving and handling people safely and, if required, handling personal possessions.

They are aware of important considerations such as religion, gender, culture and disability, ensuring they maintain the privacy, dignity and safety of residents at all times.

We choose our staff to ensure they are trusted care facilitators, committed to meeting residents' individual needs. We pride ourselves on offering a community of care, whatever each person's individual circumstances, whether they are ageing well or have specific medical requirements.

Our teams build relationships with residents, to make sure they feel cared for and protected as they would be in their own homes.
